The ignorance-driven world that we normally identify with is traditionally represented in Buddhist iconography as "The Wheel of Life." The "Wheel" graphically depicts the driving force behind, the operating mechanism that sustains, and the psycho-physical outcome of our mind's misguided attempt to secure the self in space and time. This is truly an empire ruled by our ego-grasping ignorance.

In this series of Saturday talks, Jampa will discuss the psychological meaning of the various realms of existence,their evolution in terms of the "twelve links of dependent-origination" and the practical significance that these teachings hold for us today. Suitable for everyone.
